Hall initially clocked the vehicle at about 90 mph in a 75 mph zone, but the driver failed to pull over and instead accelerated as the pursuit continued. The vehicle eventually reached speeds of approximately 130 mph while passing other motorists and driving recklessly toward the Trumann area. With the pursuit moving toward a more populated stretch of highway, Hall attempted a Tactical Vehicle Intervention near the 28 mile marker to bring the Sonata to a stop. The maneuver caused the Hyundai to lose control and move across the roadway, where it struck a black SUV carrying a 73-year-old man and a 68-year-old woman. The impact sent the SUV off the highway, where it overturned several times before coming to rest on its passenger side. The two occupants were trapped inside and suffered serious injuries, requiring firefighters and other first responders to use extrication equipment before they could be removed. Both were ultimately flown to Regional One Medical Center in Memphis for treatment. The driver of the Hyundai, identified as 32-year-old Laloyd L. Hamilton III, managed to get out of his vehicle after the crash but initially refused to follow repeated commands to get on the ground. He eventually lay face down and was taken into custody. As emergency crews treated the injured motorists, authorities also evaluated Hamilton, who complained of pain and later received medical attention. Investigators searching his vehicle reported finding 44 grams of marijuana along with oxycodone and OxyContin pills in prescription bottles that allegedly had identifying information removed. Hamilton was eventually medically cleared and taken to the Poinsett County Detention Center. He faces charges including felony fleeing, second-degree battery, second-degree criminal mischief, possession with purpose to deliver a Schedule I or II controlled substance, and possession of a Schedule VI controlled substance as well as charges of driving while intoxicated and hazardous driving. 🚨𝑇ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑛𝑒𝑙 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑠 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑥𝑡𝑢𝑎𝑙 𝑑𝑜𝑐𝑢𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑙𝑦𝑠𝑖𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙 𝑝𝑜𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠 𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝑝𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑐𝑙𝑦 𝑎𝑣𝑎𝑖𝑙𝑎𝑏𝑙𝑒 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑜𝑟𝑑𝑠. ⚠️𝑉𝑖𝑒𝑤𝑒𝑟 𝑑𝑖𝑠𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑖𝑠 𝑎𝑑𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑑 𝑑𝑢𝑒 𝑡𝑜 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑠𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑜𝑢𝑠 𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑡.⚠️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - 'Zixuno' - 'HauntSync.com' - 'Rate A Creator with Omar Alkahlout' - 'Forever A Loner' - KHALID - Michael Griffin - John Doe - 'Twitchypowpow' - Lillian Daley - Tyrell Robertson - christine Grinter - 'The Evil Queen' - Benjamin Osgood - Gary Wilson - LJ - Brianna Wilkins - Elisabeth Craig - Bobby Roach - Cody Stephens - Troy Polansky - Tulla Belle - 'quadrakyiro' - "John B.
